If you do not understand and accept the risks inherent in parachuting and skydiving activities, you should not participate in them. All Club Members are advised that there is no personal injury or liability cover provided by the Club, its servants or agents.

 

PRIOR TO PARTAKING IN ANY SKYDIVING ACTIVITY YOU MUST SIGN AND AGREE TO A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT. WHEN YOU SIGN AND AGREE TO THIS LEGAL AGREEMENT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH SKYDIVING/PARACHUTING/FLYING.
